We supply replacement wage slips and P60's under the following terms and conditions

Payroll Service Bureau is part of Office Slaves.

The documents have been supplied at your request and are produced by us based on the information YOU have supplied. It is an offence to supply false information that relates to your employment or salary. The information that was provided will be assumed accurate, Office Slaves cannot be held responsible for false information. All information provided is accepted by us from the client to be a true and accurate description of their pay details.

Any documents that we produce are to be used for legal purposes only and are not to be used for any fraudulent purpose or financial gain. All documents supplied by the applicant will be returned and remain the property of the client at all times. We produce the documentation under the understanding that all information is confidential between the applicant and Office Slaves and is not passed on to any third parties. Our Clients names and addresses are also treated with the utmost confidentiality will not passed to any third parties for the purposes of e-marketing or direct mail.
